TASTING NOTES
The 2024 White Blend is a vibrant, layered expression of Chardonnay, Albariño, Vermentino, and Viognier, crafted to highlight both freshness and texture. Aromas open with bright citrus, white peach, and ripe pear, accented by delicate floral notes and a subtle coastal minerality.

On the palate, a lively, mouthwatering entry gives way to a soft, rounded midpalate, revealing flavors of stone fruit, melon, lemon zest, and a hint of honeysuckle. The Albariño and Vermentino bring lift and salinity, while Chardonnay adds body and Viognier contributes a gentle floral richness. Crisp acidity carries through to a clean, refreshing finish that lingers with just the right amount of weight and polish.

This is a blend that feels both familiar and intriguing — fresh, expressive, and effortlessly drinkable.

FOOD PAIRINGS

The balance of brightness and texture makes this White Blend incredibly versatile at the table. It pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, including:

*Grilled shrimp or prawns with lemon and herbs
*Roasted chicken with olive oil and thyme
*Fresh burrata with stone fruit and basil
*Seared halibut or white fish with citrus
*Light pasta with seasonal vegetables

It’s just as at home on its own — perfect for warm afternoons, easy entertaining, or whenever one glass turns into two.

WINEMAKING

The 2024 White Blend was crafted from estate-grown fruit, with each varietal harvested at optimal ripeness, including select nighttime picks to preserve freshness and aromatics. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented separately, primarily in stainless steel to maintain clarity and vibrancy.

A portion of the Chardonnay was aged in neutral oak to enhance texture, while the Viognier adds aromatic lift and softness. Albariño and Vermentino contribute brightness, acidity, and a subtle saline edge reflective of the estate’s coastal influence.

The final blend — approximately equal parts Vermentino, Albariño, and Viognier with a larger portion of Chardonnay — was assembled to achieve balance, freshness, and complexity.

With a pH of ~3.45 and lively natural acidity, the wine is structured yet approachable, capturing a polished, coastal-driven style that reflects both the vineyard and the winemaking intent.
