Each ticket holder will receive 1lb of freshly ground pork, choose your own spices and hand-case your sausages yourself. You’ll take your fresh sausages home the same day, ready for the grill.

While you work (and wait), enjoy a generous spread of house-made sausages to sample and other grilled snacks. Wine is included!
