Roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on, flavor-filled afternoon of sausage making, wine and good company.

Member Ticket $45 | Non-member Ticket $55

Each ticket holder will receive 1 lb of freshly ground pork, choose your own spices and hand-case your sausages yourself. You’ll take your fresh sausages home the same day, ready for the grill.

While you work (and wait), enjoy a generous spread of house-made sausages to sample and other grilled snacks. Wine is included!

Please note: Colt and Estate members can purchase up to 2 tickets at member pricing. Reserve members can purchase up to 4 tickets at member pricing. Fortel members can purchase unlimited tickets at member pricing. All tickets must be purchased under the member's account.Tickets cannot be refunded less than 48 hours before the event.
